Employees and Unions

The page shows the % but also the nominal representation of employees in and outside the unions. All employees are further distributed into tariff levels, according to their hours and evaluation. The table in the lower left graph gives me the option to filter the overall report to the appropriate position. In addition, it contains a Tooltip that shows me the individual employees in the work position according to gender.

Salaries

contains the average salary evaluation of employees in various positions and across multiple tariff levels. The report also shows the percentage change in average wages compared to inflation. 
 

Worktime

This page is used for a quick overview of whether and, if so, how many hours they work individual positions under particular circumstances, such as holidays, weekends, night shifts, and the like. 

Age Structure

This page addresses the age distribution of society. The page shows the average age in the company for the last selected month. In addition to this indicator, there is also the average age distribution by gender.
