The CRM (Customer Relationship Management) applications are fundamental for the organizations and are one of the pillars on which their activity is centered. Linked to the CRM concept, the 360 vision refers to any aspect in the relationship with the customer, from the pre-sale phase, passing the sale and finally the after-sales phase.
In the market there are a large number of CRM applications, all of them to a greater or lesser extent give full coverage. Salesforce is consolidated as one of the reference CRM applications. Companies that have Salesforce, and although they have the Analysis module available, want to use Power BI, either because they use Power BI corporately, or because they have the need to cross-sell Salesforce information with other data sources.
With this example of analysis it is intended to give the possibility of analyzing the sales pipeline, taking into account the most important criteria such as the time axis, the milestones of the opportunities and the geographical aspect.
