The report allows you to investigate relevant reporting n both units and sales revenue by channel to review e.g. customer profitability. Relevant comparison can be made to understand differences in profitability between customers and/or sales channels.
Sales
Gives you and overview of the overall profitability in your area of responsibility. It is also possible to navigate to at details page for market analysis and sales per country.
Risk
Risk gives you an in depth view of how customer purchase patterns and product distribution might affect their willingness to continue their support for the company "A Beer".
Win Back
The Win Back Page will enable you to quickly indentify customers that are likely to churn, and from that advocate for which actions could/should be taken to prevent that from happening.
