The reports provided by the backbone CRM system did not provide all answers that decision makers are desperate to find out. The challenge was that the data needed to generate these insights was in multiple source systems and hence they were unable to see how they form a complete picture without significant manual effort. Furthermore, the business has been increasing in its appetite for predictive analytics which relies heavily on a solid and robust data platform. The healthcare provider needed a modern BI solution that brings their reporting and analytical capability to all new level.
We chose Power BI as a solution to meet various requirements of the leading healthcare provider. Firstly, the solution integrates data from cross-platform systems which delivers an omnidirectional view of the business’s overall performance. It widens decision makers’ view by covering all key aspects of the business in a uniformly designed and visually enriched reporting format. Next, the solution included a number of modern analysis techniques such as Customer Cohort Analysis, Churn Analysis, Customer Lifetime Analysis and ABC classification to help discover the hidden insights pertaining to their customer. Finally, we built a dashboard to allow sharing of contents across entire organization and keep key business players informed for just-in-time decision makings through modern mobile devices.
