The Requirement
Our client, a prominent player in their space and wanted an in-depth understanding of their P&L and how different sources contributed and affected P&L. They wanted something more than their existing reporting mechanism as it provided them only a basic understanding and zero interactivity.
Our Solution
We studied their requirements in detail and identified how the client wanted to visualize their data and get insights out of it. Their Key requirements were, to be able to view data filtered by any of the following dimensions:
Locations
Clusters / Regions
Branches
Expenses / Income
We proposed a PowerBI report with cross filtering and interactive visuals to help them slice and dice their data as per their required parameters.
Results
The client was now able to analyse their P&L in much greater detail than had been possible earlier and was very pleased with our solution.
