Organizations need to understand how their sales performance on-going, and to do so, they must have the capabilities for analyzing the results based on a variety of dimensions including Calendar, Customers, Sales Reps and Products.
The Sales Analytics example provided here was designed and developed for a mid-sized manufacturing company. The Sales Analytics solution is one component of a suite of analytics solutions developed for the client. Other components include Finance, Manufacturing Ops, Safety, Quality and HR. The full suite of Power BI Dashboards and Reports is an essential source of information for the Executive Management Team, but is also essential for Department Managers and individual contributors.
From a design perspective, the solution demonstrates several techniques of what we consider to be best practices for optimizing the quality of the user experience.
