Actions: Check which actions are overdue for completion and who is responsible for them. Interactive hover overs provide additional information including % complete and commentary.

Injuries: How frequently do injuries occur and on what part of the body? Do they result in lost time, if so, how much? What is the trend over time?

Linkages: Check the ranked lists of top 10 risks, projects and authority documents which relate to the most number of reported Incidents. Ensure incidents are traced back to their sources to enable course corrections where relevant.
