City Call Center & Emergency Analytics

This analytics reports show the activities around the city call center, a key point in the city activities and the relation with citizens, with a very special mention to emergencies and security. The navigation guides you to the actual situation and evolution of incidents by neighborhood and period, year and weekday comparison.

Following an Indicator call Growth is calculated, as the percentage difference compared to previous year period, an easy path to see if the number of incidents in getting higher or lowering. You can have a clear look to the most critical areas and/or incident type.

View accident or any kind of incidents in a Map, using the on the fly geocoding capabilities and geographic representation capabilities and at the same time filtering or slicing the information by incident type, data & time.

Get a smart time line view of the incidents and compare them by different time criteria such as Months, weeks, weekdays or hour boundaries. Add filter and slicing by Area, Neighborhood, display absolute values or calculated measures such as single values, cumulative values or formulas like growth.
