Our Human Resources analytics tool, built with Power BI, provides HR professionals with clear and in-depth data for performing analysis. Using this tool, organizations can interact with their HR data to drive decision making in the organization.
The Overview page provides the user with the typical, quick reference numbers that a HR specialist would want to know. Using slicers, we can filter by year, department, and manager to take closer look at the various details.
Moving to the Compensation tab, another important topic in HR, we can visualize employee pay distributions by position. This can be useful to see if any employee is under/overpaid within a position. Additional analysis by gender can be performed to evaluate gender equality within the company, driving important diversity decisions.
Managing attrition is also vital to a HR department to gauge issues within departments/leadership. Additionally, attrition reasons can be revealing to changing employee needs that could drive changes to employee benefits.
Finally, the recruiting tab helps HR gauge the recruiting process, showing average lead time to hiring a new employee to analysis on recruiting costs overall with the ability to drill into specific events.
