Today, as part of Build, we announced that Power BI Custom Visuals will be rolling out in Preview to Office 365 subscribers enrolled in the Office Insiders program soon, extending Excel charting capabilities and more than doubling the data visualization options for the most widely used data analytics tool in the world.

Today we’re announcing the SAP Accounts Receivable solution template. The SAP Accounts Receivable solution template provides an end to end solution that contains AR data and reports sourced from your SAP system. This template includes four reports designed for a financial comptroller or other similar financial manager that needs to constantly be aware of their AR situation and provides powerful insights into accounts receivable by customer, document, and age.

We’re excited to announce that we’re making available a Technical Preview of Power BI reports in SQL Server Reporting Services. We plan to release the preview on Thursday along with some more info, but in the meantime, here are a couple of key things to know.
We are constantly using feedback from the community to improve Power BI Desktop. This helps us understand how we’re doing and what we can do to make your experience even better. Once a quarter, we run a survey to get insight into your level of satisfaction with Power BI and to get feedback on how to make the Desktop experience even better. This is a great chance to provide direct feedback to the product team and help shape future releases of Power BI Desktop. In addition, you’ll have the chance to win some prizes.
