This dashboard identifies how productive the lead generation budgets are for this company that sells school supplies to schools across the US. And it informs how successful agents are in following up on leads.
Map
The map view shows how frequently leads convert. The brighter the pink the higher the ratio of conversions to leads generated. While California and New York have high populations and high budgets, Georgia is much more efficient at converting leads.
Response Time Impact on Conversion
This visual proves that the faster a lead is followed-up the better the conversion rate. We can see the conversion rate significantly increases when the follow-up occurs within 2 hours, as opposed to within 24 hours, or longer.
By clicking on any state, displays close rates for that state while the bullet graph also shows the country average.
Summary card
At the top right, we show the leads, leads converted, conversion rate, and budget ratios. These numbers update as you click on any visual.
Product Interest
By clicking on a product category, you can learn how quickly leads for it was closed. We see that PC and Mac leads closed more quickly that other products.
March Daily Regional Leads
Shows lead distribution by day and in what region they came from. Choosing any part of a bar chart will update the entire dashboard.
