Power BI February 2021 Feature Summary

Welcome to the first feature summary of 2021! This month, we have a couple of updates on ongoing previews, as well as a new color picker that features RGB color selector and a search bar to make discovery of features easier. Additionally, we are introducing new filter operations and enable subscriptions for reports and dashboards that have row-level security applied. Full report attachment for subscriptions for Power BI Premium reports now available

We’re starting off the first full week of December with a bang!  First, we finished rolling out the public preview of Premium per user to all public tenants earlier today.  And now, as if you needed another reason to jump into the preview, we’re pleased to announce one of the most highly requested features on Power BI user voice is now available.

Announcing Power BI Admins can upgrade classic workspaces and roadmap update

Today’s announcements give a roadmap update for workspace upgrade, content pack deprecation, and announce new tools for Power BI Admins to upgrading classic workspaces through the admin portal. Announcements: Workspace upgrade has reached general availability. We’ve started to roll-out tools for Power BI admins to upgrade classic workspaces. We’re providing a roadmap update below including dates for removing the ability to create, update, and use content packs in classic workspaces.
