Here is the February 2024 release of the on-premises data gateway (version 3000.210.13).
Power BI Desktop Compatibility
This update brings the on-premises data gateway up to date with the February 2024 release of Power BI Desktop.
This version of the gateway will ensure that the reports that you publish to the Power BI Service and refresh via the gateway will go through the same query execution logic/run-time as in the February version of Power BI Desktop.
SQL Trusted Servers
We have added a new feature to allow connection to designated SQL servers with either self-signed certificates or not configured for encryption. Previously, we would fail to establish a secure connection and users would be unable to connect. Now, if you trust the server, you can add it to the SQL trusted servers list. This prevents the need to purchase and deploy new certificates!
