Xerva offers custom-built data warehouses to our clients. We then build reports that run off the clean and organized data in their warehouse. These reports offer useful information to many areas of the company (from management to accounting and anyone in-between).
Through this process we maintain data integrity and make sure that timely information is getting to decision-makers. This service not only conquers data chaos, but it provides businesses the opportunity to receive accurate reports without any hassle or work on their end. The service we offer is unique in the sense that we handle all the data and reports of a company on an ongoing basis.
We think it’s important that our long-term customers know what is going on “behind-the-scenes” in their data warehouses. However, providing a flood of detail and complexity to the work involved in maintaining their Datawarehouse defeats the hands off and hassle-free approach Xerva offers. These conflicting goals are the problem that our Power BI report solves.
This report allows us to both inform our customers of the work we are doing as well as build customer confidence that they are looking at the freshest and most accurate numbers. This report shows our clients what is going on in their data warehouse. They can view refresh histories, view row counts, and monitor their usage. We use it as a tool to help our clients see the long-term value we are adding to their reports and data warehouse. It is simple to understand, easy to access, and up-to-date.
The data displayed on this report is collected during our monitoring processes and daily audit packages. In addition, we pull in SQL Server meta data and any notifications from the SSIS Integration Services. All this information is compiled into a set of data warehouse tables which serve as the source for the reports displayed in this report.
