It’s no secret that the world’s #1 retailer has an insane amount of data. With trillions of transactions comes challenges around data consumption, centralization, and preparation. The Walmart finance organization standardized on Power BI to create a scalable and cost effective reporting solution.
Walmart’s solution includes composite models, incremental refresh, semantic models in Power BI Premium, and XMLA endpoints.

Instead of re-inventing the wheel, Action Apps uses the entire Microsoft stack to deliver holistic and complete products.
