Portfolio Performance
In this showcase, we demonstrate how a financial professional can use Microsoft Power BI to analyze portfolio performance. Given a set of sample trades, they would be able to track the rate of return as well as how their allocations change over time.
In addition, momentum indicators such as the stochastic oscillator and moving average convergence divergence help technical analysts evaluate when it might be appropriate to make additional trades for the securities in their portfolio. Insights into both historical performance as well as where stocks are trending will be of benefit to anyone looking to evaluate and manage their trades.
This demo uses historical market prices for Microsoft, Tableau, and Qlik.
