It’s no secret that the world’s #1 retailer has an insane amount of data. With trillions of transactions comes challenges around data consumption,  centralization, and preparation. The Walmart finance organization standardized on Power BI to create a scalable and cost effective reporting solution.

Walmart’s solution includes composite models, incremental refresh, semantic models in Power BI Premium, and XMLA endpoints.

Bayer is utilizing Zebra BI custom visuals for beautiful and well designed reports.

Cerner is a supplier of health information technology. The company has over $800 million in annual R&D investment. Brian and Matthew are two consulting managers who helped use  turn 40TB of data into actionable knowledge by migrating off of previous BI tools onto Power BI.

RAC of Western Australia needed critical information fast when COVID-19 hit. They determined that Power BI would be the tool that could provide the capabilities they needed to deliver insights faster than ever before. Standard Bank has been on a Power BI journey for the past couple of years. The company is using AI capabilities to solve business challenges. When Standard Bank launched a new product, it created high demand for better planning. In response, Standard Bank used Power BI AI capabilities to tell a descriptive story. The company also used AutoML to predict future actions of customers instead of just understanding past behavior.
