Today, Power BI is two years old! When we released the new Power BI service, Power BI Desktop, and Power BI Mobile on July 24, 2015, we knew we had an innovative business intelligence solution, but we didn’t expect to create such an inspiring community of data and reporting professionals. Over the last year we’ve continued to add new features, improve existing tools, and integrate even better with our fellow Microsoft products, while maintaining the same commitment to quality. See some of our highlights from the past 12 months, and a special video from Microsoft to our awesome community.

» 자세히 보기 Today, I am excited to announce the public preview of email subscriptions for dashboards in the Power BI service. Power BI dashboards pull together reports, images, Excel workbooks, and more, to provide a 360-degree view of your organization in a single pane of glass. Now, you can set up a dashboard subscription in seconds, and that same pane of glass can be delivered to your inbox every day. Keeping tabs on your critical data has never been easier.
» 자세히 보기 Today, I am excited to announce the general availability of new APIs for managing data refresh in the Power BI service. These new APIs will allow you to programmatically trigger data refreshes and retrieve refresh history for any dataset that you own. With these versatile new tools, you’ll be able to easily automate and scale out Power BI data refresh management – no more clicking through dataset settings or flipping through refresh histories. In addition, these APIs open the door to integrating data refresh into your existing ETL or deployment processes. You could, for example, trigger Power BI data refresh as the last step in your Azure Data Factory ETL pipeline. And, as an ISV, you can easily manage the data for all your embedded analytics solutions.
