The problem
The world has changed, the working conditions have changed, our employees are different and now more than ever, companies need to be aware of the well-being in the company, in different areas and departments. Why? because elements that negatively affect the emotional well-being of our employees diminish their performance, leadership and creativity, companies that timely identify these risks, have the chance to mitigate, attend and become a better version of itself.
Can we have an actual measure of the Well-being?
Up until now, having an actual measurement of the well-being was not an easy task and only individual evaluations that provide a partial view were available.
Renova-2 is the result of both, an experienced team of psychologists and a capable team of data scientists who have created a trained machine learning model that produces, from different individually measured instruments, an index of emotional well-being at different levels of the organization, evaluating multiple mental health factors (24+).
