» Przeczytaj więcejOur August release has another hotly anticipated feature from the Microsoft Business Application Summit, grouping. Grouping in reports, similar to PowerPoint’s grouping, lets you easily organize groups of visuals to move and resize them as a set. This month’s release also has some updates to our newest features, such as a icon set picker for our newly added icons conditional formatting and measure support for key influencers.
» Przeczytaj więcejJuly is a big release for us on the Power BI Desktop team! Our most exciting feature this month is a preview of Composite models. This feature lets you seamlessly extend your DirectQuery models with other DirectQuery sources or even imported data. We have heard from many of you, especially those in larger enterprises, that this is an essential feature and are glad to share it with all of you. We also have many reporting features this month, including an update to our visual header that lets you not only put visual all the way to the top of your canvas, but also have extensive control over the functionality and formatting of the header.

The Q&A Explorer enables report consumers to ask their own questions about the data, and buttons let you add interactive elements on your reports.

Bookmarking is also now generally available, which means you can start creating bookmarks from scratch in the Power BI Service. » Przeczytaj więcejThis month we are delivering a number of great capabilities. We are introducing Quick measures, which is a huge update to our Quick Calcs experience. We have some very exciting updates in both data connectivity and query editing, including allowing you to connect to datasets on the Power BI service, so you can create your model just once and use it in multiple reports. We also have an innovative new way to add columns in your query editor: add column by example. Additionally, we are extending our matrix preview with even more features and releasing a preview of Q&A in Spanish.
